About Us

Rose Hill Community Food Pantry serves all in Wood County who have a need.

After volunteering for multiple years in local food pantries, the Wares saw a need to serve those in Wood County, without restrictions. The Wares opened a food pantry housed in a local church in 2018. Once the pantry outgrew the church facility, they purchased their current location in West Mineola on Highway 80. In 2022, the Rose Hill Community Food Pantry opened its doors. While the food pantry focuses on the food insecurity of seniors, they graciously serve all who may have a need in Wood County.
